I could not see any direct criticism of Islamic republic with sharia law as the Root of violence, injustice, allow that allow es if someone convert to another religion should be put to death or amputates hands, ex cutes opponents in front of children, leaders are fallowing the law of shiat religion. It looks like a judiciary statement and no political statement against the Islamic system , Unless you be live It is possible to have democracy in Islam please read this sen tense you write” We must send the message to Iran’s leadership that these crimes will not go unpunished.” again you are only blaming a person not the Islamic system . I found this article very powerfully green article. It leaves lots of Room for Islamic Regime to stay. No mention of the system and its barbaric sharia law oseek justice for our brothers and sisters that have been killed and tortured: WE MUST DEMAND THAT THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL REFER THE SITUATION OF IRAN TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AT THE HAGUE. Dr. payam is asking for justice for those who have been killed , how about 70 million who have been jailed in Iran’s prison for 30 years and what exactly Dr. payam is critisizing the leaders or Islamic System . Blaming the leaders and refering them to court is reformist’s Idea Opposing Islamic system all together with reform and hardline is Iranian Idea a persian Idea based on persian values.

to every newspeper , radio ,tv channel , local and national of every western country in the planet earth

(it is for foreigns more than for iranian)
